“ Being from near San Francisco... Chinese food was not exactly on our list when traveling to New Orleans, but when my travel partner got sick and we needed some won ton soup we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised by this quirky hole in the wall. Won ton soup was really good, flavorful broth and yummy won tons. Pork buns were fluffy and filling was tasty, soup dumplings were delicious. Staff was friendly and the location can't be beat. ”
“ The most authentic Chinese food! The bao buns are delicious... a great snack or breakfast... light and fluffy, The honey chicken is sticky and fulfilling. But the sautéed bok choy is the most special dish... so fresh! ”
“ Killer little hole in the wall adjacent to the quarter. Charming ambiance, helpful service and the best damn Chicken Szechuan you'll ever have in your life! Hot and sour soup is a killer too. Elite Chinese food! ”
“ This place is right in the French Quarter and definitely a must try. It has decent space and the service is efficient and staff members are friendly. Food is delicious and if you are looking for an Asian place in the French Quarter, go here! ”
“ Amazing Chinese food! The soup buns were my absolute favorite. That being said- the place is small but service is lacking. They need to hire more staff to accommodate everyone. It took a while for anybody to even greet us, after we were seated plus a whole array of other delayed services. Will probably still come back, as the food was too good! But they could definitely use some more staff ”
“ Delicious dim sum food. We went on Thanksgiving day since we were visiting NoLa and they were open. Attentive service and delicious crepes, dumplings buns and veggies. We also learned how to eat soup dumplings properly which was fun. ”
“ Okay y'all...... Cindy is a WONDERFUL waitress. The place is extremely small, but when I tell you EVERYTHING is delicious!!!! Dear Goodness. We enjoyed EVERYTHING. My honey chicken, thank you Cindy for the recommendation, the stir fry noodles, two different flavor of Dumplings, and them DAMN CUCUMBERS MY WORD. You're welcome in advance. The restaurant is small, but they make it work. ”
“ Best Chinese food in downtown nola!! Giving credit where credit is earned is Dian Xin with their amazing soup dumplings. Their hot and sour soup is a must get every time. Their popcorn and general tso chicken did not disappoint. Me and my girlfriends had a great girls night that included chinese take out!! The service was fast and everyone was so nice! Tip: always ask for this chili oil ”
“ Loved this place! Everything was so good! The service was great. Great casual spot in the quarter for some Asian food. ”
“ This was one of my favorite places to visit in Nola! Went here with a group of 3 on a Saturday night. It's a part of the French Quarter area, so you do have to hunt for street parking. But we luckily were able to find a spot right out front. We had a wait of about 20 minutes (we were able to get on the waitlist and got a text when our table was ready). Which gave us some time to walk around a bit before we ate dinner. They have great menu options and now they even have a few vegan options. My group ordered a lot so we could get a taste of everything. We got to try the Har gow, the crawfish and crab bao, shrimp fried rice, and braised tofu. All of which was wonderful. I do wish there was a different sauce option for the tofu but it wasn't bad. I am very picky when it comes to fried rice, but I truly enjoyed their rice. The space is very intimate and the staff is friendly. Food came out pretty quick and was PIPING hot; which I love! This is a must try! ”
